Welcome to your home away from home in the heart of downtown Montreal's most picturesque neighborhood, the Golden Square Mile!

This fully renovated and bright 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment is nestled in a historic century-old Victorian home, offering a blend of modern comforts and timeless charm.

Step inside and be greeted by historic hardwood flooring and exposed brick walls that exude character and elegance. The fully stocked kitchen features stainless steel appliances, allowing you to prepare delicious meals during your stay. Indulge in the luxurious bathroom, complete with a clawfoot tub, a walk-in shower, and a double sink vanity, providing a spa-like experience.

*IMPORTANT* Apartment is located on the penthouse level (3RD FLOOR) of a historic Victorian home. There is NO elevator and apartment can only be accessed by stairs.

-Excess cleanup fees may be applied so please make sure to follow the checkout instructions.
-Please help us be eco-friendly! Kindly turn off lights/AC/heating when exiting the property
-longterm stays: more than 28 day stays require 1 monthly cleaning service ($100 paid by guest).

General rules:
-NO parties. Any evidence of a party or unauthorized event will result in a fine of $500.00+, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event.
-No drugs or firearms allowed on property. Any illegal activity is prohibited.
-GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY: The apartment is one of three in the building so please respect our neighbors. Noise levels must be kept to a respectful minimum at all times.
-Residential noise: music or noise must be turned down after 9PM. No unreasonable noise between the hours of 9pm-8am.

Great place to stay close to the heart of Montreal
Aside from a threat to have my car towed from the parking spot in the back of the building, this place was awesome! Very clean and easy to access. There are a few flights of stairs to climb, but the apartment is beautiful.

Logement à proximité des transports
Emplacement idéal à proximité immédiate du parc Mont-Royal et des transports. En cas de soucis, notre interlocutrice répond rapidement. Nous avons eu quelques soucis avec le lave-linge qui ne fonctionnait pas. Cela devrait être réparé pour les prochaines locations. Il serait bien de faire le nécessaire pour éviter les fourmis car nous avons dû entreposer la nourriture dans le frigo.

Large top floor apartment
This rental, once you get there, is extremely large and nicely appointed. It was very clean and this is from a neat freak. Beds were nice as were the pillows. Please be aware that this is a third floor apartment and it is not for the faint of heart, lol. The building is also located in the middle of a upwards climb from the lower, main streets where restaurants are aplenty and then if you keep climbing northward there is a beautiful park. There are not easily walkable restaurants or markets in and around the immediate area. It's an easy walk downhill for a bakery and a longer walk to get to a good restaurant. We also recommend driving to the park as it looks like (on the map) that it is across the street but across the street is a massive hospital and entrances to the park are literally straight up a mountainous stairway. Overall a safe neighborhood and relatively quiet. Some street noise. Pleasant stay.

This beautiful apartment is close to downtown Montreal AND right next to wonderful Mount Royal Park! Everything is easy to access by foot, by metro, or by bus. The apartment has all you need for a relaxing week. The owners are responsive and friendly. We highly recommend renting this apartment for a getaway to Montreal!

Four of us stayed for the Formula 1 weekend and had a good stay. When we had a minor problem it was quickly resolved. All of the appliances worked fine. I would suggest each bedroom have air conditioning in the summer. Nice large shower!

Great location to check out Montreal
We stayed three weeks walking throughout Montreal each day. The apartment is as advertised, a charming and large two bedroom one bath in the third floor of a 100 year old building. Plenty of room and good amenities and the location was an easy walk to McGill, the shopping areas downtown, the museums, and old town was only a 40 min walk. Carmela who manages the apartment was responsive on the few issues nd questions we had and very helpful on Montreal. It is two long flights up to the apartment and it is near the top of the hill so walking meant always returning up hill at the end of the day. The apartment bedrooms face the front street and there is a bit of noise with the windows open but not bad. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Amazing Weekend Trip!
My friends and I came to Montreal for the Osheaga Music Festival and stayed at this property. After our first VRBO booking turned out to be a scam, we booked this one last minute. The property was lovely and looked just like the pictures, it was very clean and spacious. The host was very kind and helped us out with anything we needed. Very responsive and helpful. Would stay here again!

Beautiful place to stay! Tres Belle.
I love the space it is very spacious and has a modern design with some retro brick walls for decoration. Super convenient central location within walking distance to many shops and a short walk to Mont Royal and Beaver Lake. Would definitely recommend it was lovely.

We enjoyed our stay at Carmela’s Apt. The apt is very nice, with large living space and is excellently located. We enjoyed morning jogs to Beaver lake and walking to many of the downtown cafes and restaurants. She is a very nice host and we would definitely stay there again.
