"Owner and family was super nice and friendly. Cabin backed up to a stream. So even though it rained off and on during my stay, I could open the back door and enjoy the serenity of the stream. "The remote location and quiet setting was perfect for our group's annual outing. We made good use of the smoker and grill and had a fantastic time. The theater in the basement (along with air hockey) came in handy after the sun set. Hosts were responsive and fantastic, and check-out procedures were simple and easy. Would definitely recommend this "cabin" for a family or two looking to get off the beaten path and enjoy the oudoors. Good hiking in the area, and the view from the "top of the hill"...

"My best friend and I chose Sandstone for our annual girls trip this past Labor Day weekend. While the dirt road was semi terrifying to get there, once we arrived, we had an amazing time. The space was perfect for wine drinking and self-care we planned to do. The rain changed our plans to use the fire pit, but even with the rain we still say outside for tea. Thank you to Cheryl and Derrick! You were very communicative and made the process very easy and enjoyable!"
