「Good location everything is in walkable distance and the staff are 5*」

「The staff at the check in desk was friendly and helpful. However, the room itself is a bit aged, and the air conditioner could not deliver cool air even the temperature was well over 20 degrees Celsius. There are too few choices in the breakfast, not something I would expect from an international 4-star hotel. The parking is free, just need to park your car by yourself at the designated parking area in the carpark below the hotel, which is shared with the shopping centre. There were not many...

「Location is perfect, it's few steps away from the beach and also the entrance to the old town. Cafe right next to beach has a lounge deck area. Plenty of restaurants to choose from walking around the old town and a short walk to the marina which also has many restaurants. I had upgraded to the executive suite on the 3rd floor with a balcony sea view. The room is very spacious with modern bathroom facilities. 「The hotel is located right by the seashore. The check in staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast is included in the price, but would appreciate if the food could be of higher quality. The room itself is a bit aged and is perhaps not 5-star by today's standard. There is a shower and a bathtub in the restroom. There is some kind of odor coming out of the shower, probably something to do with the pipes. There is also no kettle in the room, but there is one free bottle of water. Perhaps time...

「The staff were outstanding. Really lovely. The hotel vas in fairly good condition. Large rooms and bathrooms. That said, the duvets were too small. The windows whistle in the wind. The TV selection is poor. The hot water was intermittent. However, I’d return just due to the fact that the staff were lovely and catered to every whim.」
