「For sure NOT a four star hotel. Bit of a disaster other than the pool. 」

「Excellent and impressive. There is no air conditioner so please consdier when you stay in summer. 」

「The room was very cold, and despite raising this with staff, I was initially told that the heating was functioning correctly. After complaining again, the heating was eventually turned on, which was appreciated; however, the unit was extremely loud and could not be used throughout the evening. The walls are also very thin, and noise from neighbouring rooms is easily heard. The room did not include any tea or coffee facilities, which I would consider a basic expectation for a four-star hotel. I...

「Everything was great. The only minor issue was getting up late and not having a lot of options for breakfast the first morning. I would’ve also loved a toaster but not a deal breaker. The in is charming and historical and the town is quaint. 」

「The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly! The hotel had great parking. Easy access to all sides of town. The restaurant was excellent also. Our only complaint was the beds. They were very uncomfortable. 」

「Excellent staff. They went above and beyond. Someone in our party was ill and they suggested they would call a doctor and he would come to the resort. Within an hour the Dr arrived assessed situation provided prescription so our vacation was not disrupted. Excellent. 」

「The Hotel was spotlessly clean and excellently located for walking to local restaurants and the lake. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble and it was defiantly service with a smile. Excellent value for money and we would certainly stay again when we revisit the area.」

Lieu calme, le service du petit déjeuner est excellent, un personnel dévoué à la clientèle, dommage que nous n’ayons pu le prendre en terrasse (température), un large choix pour le buffet ; et le tout dans une ambiance chaleureuse.
