"When we arrived there was no power for the rooms or key cards. Their seemed to be only one member of staff who was run ragged up and down stairs letting people into room as well as running reception. She took it all in her stride and was full of apologies. She deserves a pay rise and promotion for her efforts. We got power in the rooms later but still no key card. It didn't affect our stay. Location was great, room fine, staff excellent!"

"The hotel is brand new and the internet did not work throughout our entire stay. When I called the front desk they said they'd reset it but that it's ALWAYS like that and they've asked numerous times to have it fixed. It was all over the hotel, friends on other floors had the same problem. Also the AC in my room did not work. And they still use single use, throw away toiletries. That's a huge waste. Again... Brand new hotel :( "

"Hotel Castel Jeanson is a beautiful property. Our room and bathroom were exceptionally beautiful and clean. The location was excellent for taking walks in the vineyards behind the property, and for walking to the shops for breakfast quiche lorraine and other delicious pastries. We stayed in several b&b's during our three weeks in France and Debrovnik. Hotel Castel Jeanson was by bar the very best! We will recommend to friends and come back again when we visit the champagne region."
