"This place is unbelievably beautiful and wonderful. The hotel uses nautical flags instead of room numbers as a nod to the town’s history. The rooms are large, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was a very good European style breakfast. What really makes this place is the staff. "Overall 5 stars but I do want to give a few pointers… if you get there after dark know that the parking will be before you reach the actual hotel building. It’s dark so it will be a little challenging for you to recognize. Once you find the parking it will be super easy. Make sure you get the gate code, room number, and all the check in instructions after you book the reservation because this hotel is self contained which means there will not be a person checking you in. "Beds are very comfortable. Clean, crisp bedding. Lots of towels. Bathtub fircsoaking tired old bones. Well stocked breakfast was included. Lots of variety and the room is full of windows, for a great view of surrounding area. Very close to the historucal fort and on a bus route. "

"From the moment we arrived, we felt and saw the wow factor. The hotel is beautiful, the bedrooms are large and the bathrooms are large as well. The breakfast was delicious with so many choices. Our dinner menu was excellent and the food was delicious. The wines were top notch, we absolutely loved all the wines on offer. Everything was perfect. "I stayed in this fabulous chocolate hotel in early October when I was walking on the Camino way. After a 10 mile day of walking, it was wonderful to get there and berated with a wine spritzer with chocolate shavings, delicious chocolate bar, and a beautiful hotel. The breakfast was included and was absolutely fabulous. I highly recommend this place. "
