"There are no bathrobes in the rooms! Bring your own if you plan to use the hot tub or sauna. There is no maid service during your stay. The hotel is located quite a distance from the mountain so keep in mind if you’re skiing or plan to visit Tremblant. The hotel was clean but average. Service is ok. "

"We are repeat visitors, come twice a year. However, we arrived at 11:30PM this time and the check in was long and ridiculous. One person in front of us and it took over 15 mins to check them in. The line had grow so much it was to the back wall by 11:40PM. We don’t normally arrive that late so I don’t know if it’s a regular issue, but it was a bad start to our stay. "
