Horrible ! A éviter ! Ne surtout pas louer ici !
2semaines - 2familles(4 adultes/5 enfants).20 ans de location en Espagne (surtout Miami Platja).Toujours nickel mais là CAUCHEMAR ! -Propriétaire injoignable,panique pensant arnaque mais elle avait téléphone bloqué (très pro)! -PISCINE HORRIBLE/DANGEREUSE ! Photo annonce trompeuse -pas privée partagée par 5 maisons,8 couchages chacune,piscine injouable. Carreaux de mosaïque se décollent PARTOUT du coup Bords comme des rasoirs :résultat 3 de nos enfants blessés coupures mains/pieds, dont notre fille à l’hôpital -Produits chimiques à portée des enfants -trou dans jaccuzi/ interrupteur non protégé ,saletés, …signalé à David mais s’en fout comme propriétaire ,pas un seul mot pour les enfants blessés: juste elle encaisse l’argent.! -Juste 2 Clim une dans chambre en bas et une couloir en haut, sinon c’est ventilateurs; très bruyante/fuites d’eau dessous -Ustensiles cuisine très médiocre pour 2 familles : 1 seul saladier, four mais inutilisable car aucun plat pour.Réponse « il fallait ramener vos plats ! » (arnaqueuse et drôle…) et 1 saladier donné -lits inconfortables,grincent -Douche bas avec rideau trop petit,colle à la peau,posé trop haut donc salle d’eau inondée -Canapé avec odeur,ménage non fait dessous et entre coussin-dégueulasse ! -Pour rentrer voitures, faut être costaud pas de motorisation portail,résidence non sécurisé nuit -fourmis partout en bas Plus encore mais pas assez de place ici MAISON ET HÔTES EXÉCRABLES: EVITER ET À BANNIR DE TTES PLATEFORMES DE LOCATION

Belles vacances !
Hormis une piscine et un jacuzzi collectifs ainsi qu'un petit loupé sur la communication lors de notre arrivée, tout s'est très bien passé. Il y a 5 maisons identiques et neuves. Elles doivent avoir 5 ans maximum. Le confort est bien présent avec la climatisation au RDC et à l'étage. L'équipement électroménager est à disposition et fonctionnel. La piscine est grande, le barbecue individuel agréable. La plage est à moins de 5 minutes à pied. La literie est neuve et bien ferme. Les jeux pour les enfants sont également appréciés. Tout est mis à disposition pour passer des vacances confortables. La communication avec les propriétaires est simple également. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances et reviendrons si nous décidons de nous arrêter de nouveau dans la région.
