We’d like to thank and compliment Kapil from the club lounge who provided fantastic service whenever we were there, even when the club lounge was short of staff on a busy Sunday morning breakfast. "Great Location, Great View, Great Rooms. My only small complaint was not being able to get in for breakfast on the 38th floor restaurant - and we didn't have time to wait. The concierge was very unhelpful but we found the restaurant on the grand floor (JP Teres) and the breakfast and service was excellent. It doesn't have the view but it was better than the 38th. We'll stay again "
