"The AC hose was broken which made it almost impossible to keep the second floor apartment cool. The floors and counter were clean, but the walls in the bedroom need a scrub. Overall not great but I will say the bed was incredibly comfortable. "

The neighborhood store has high quality food and wine. That made our lives easy. The property owner was friendly and responded very timely to our messages. Highly recommend to stay here. "

"Great location with walking distance from many attractions. Older unit that could use a few updates. Cracked and loose tile in bathroom presented a potential hazard. Tub/shower very slippery and bathroom could use a mat. Kitchen well stocked but unit only supplied with ONE garbage bag. Also no balcony as in the ad, but rooftop access is offered. "

"This place was a good location to walk everywhere. I rented a car and i did not need one. One thing that is not described on this rental, is that there is street parking, but you are limited by the city to 2 hours and no overnight parking anywhere. There is a paid parking close by but its only up to 4 hours. I found a 24 hr parking 6 blocks away. Besides all this the condo was beautiful. Nice balcony and very cozy. I will rent this place again but next time im not renting a car. Its not needed. "

"The condo was within walking distance of everything - close to the Capital Hill area and walking distance to Pike Place City Market. We even walked to the Space Needle. Condo was as pictured and worked well for our stay. Host was very responsive to any communications. We would stay here again. Only cons are that the internet was sketchy, the bathroom could use updating, and host didn't allow us to check out one hour late. All minor, but that is why we gave overall 4 vs 5 stars."
