"This was our second time staying here. We go to the Hops & Coaster Drops event at Indiana Beach every year. This place never disappoints. Always clean and very roomy for a decent size group, easy check in process, peaceful, fantastic location, very close to grocery stores, restaurants, and the amusement park. "Great house! Three bedrooms , Two bathrooms one of which is Jack and Jill style between the upper bedrooms. Nice front porch to enjoy a glass of wine or a cup of coffee in a rocking chair while looking out over beautiful green crops . Great back porch. A nice game room in the basement. I really like the fact they had bottled water waiting for us chilled in the refrigerator and a basket of snacks. We were here to move our son into Purdue his junior year in an unfurnished apartment. "This is our third time staying at this property and we already booked a weekend for next year. Heidi's house is great for 3 families, each with their own restroom and bedrooms to accommodate multiple kids. We swam in the lake, and hot tub - walked to the amusement park, it was great! The swing set is really for younger kids - so just keep that in mind, but it didn't matter to us because there was so many other things to do!"

"We were visiting the area for a camp reunion and were delighted to find this lovely property available for the weekend. It was a perfect spot to rest between the reunion activities and offered a beautiful view of the river. The house had everything we needed and the hosts had thought of every detail to make us feel at home away from home. "

"Overall the stay was good. Some bad things: smelly dirty dishes in dishwasher, old coffee left in coffee pot, excessive dog poop in the mulch in back yard. Would be nice to have a little grass in back area instead of all mulch. For being on main road it was pretty quiet. Would use this location again if available. "

"Such a great time. Only 10 minutes from Indiana Beach. Loved having morning coffee on the deck every morning. Place was clean and so adorable. We will be back if coming to Indiana again."
