"We ran out of toilet paper, called the number and they sent me to a storage where there was no toilet paper. I asked for a solution and was told that there is nothing to do. This is unacceptable. There are many solutions. I asked if they could open a vacant room for me to take toilet paper from there. They said no. "Nice apartment in a lovely little village in the mountains outside of Salzburg. Perfect weather, much cooler in the mountains than down in Salzburg in July! Very quiet small village of maybe a few dozen people but only minutes away from Hallein and Salzburg. Hiking trails everywhere around the village. "The property and room were fine, but due to the summer weather, we needed to keep the windows open for airflow. "One first inspection the apartment is outstanding. Looks great and has all the mod cons. It not until you try and use the facilities that realise they fall short. The washing machine was a nightmare but fortunately the one downstairs was excellent, there is no toaster, no tongs and no broom and dust pan. "Stayed in one bedroom apartment, very spacious and nicely decorated. Had a good kitchen and a personal sauna. Personnel were very helpful and spoke good English. We initially booked for 4 nights but ended staying a week. Location is perfect for exploring the area, close to Salzburg and all the beautiful lakes in the region.
