"This hotels is pretty clean, beatiful and easy acess to the beach. Dukes restaurant right next to it. It had about 3 hot tubs, kids pools, water slide for kiddos to entertain them for hours. I wish they had more chair next to the pools bc ppl had no where to seat or lay down if they didnt get their at 7am. The whalers grocery store had everything that you need in case you forget something from home, just little more expensive then regular store but worth it. Our hotel room was super nice,...

"Nice property, with good access to the beach, but I don't think we will go to this facility again. The staff were not polite. We had to wait for 15 minutes to check in to the resort, although there was no line. There was only 1 person at the check in desk at 2 PM in the middle of the day, who was on the phone while totally ignoring us and keeping us waiting. There are only 2 restaurants, with no options for fine dining, restaurant food is overpriced and very average. We had to walk to another...

"I stayed 6 nights in the Napili Tower. The room was very comfortable and clean. It has a small kitchenette area with a sink, dishes, small fridge. The property has so much to offer with multiple pools, shops, food and bar options. There is a laundry facility onsite that was very nice with lots of free machines and a lounge. Self-parking had limited space, but valet parking was a good alternative for almost the same cost. Overall, it was a great stay and a wonderful property!"
