"Was so Perfect for my family. Place is big and new nice furnishings with modern kitchen. Modern interior. Perfect place for a relaxed stay. Outdoors need a wee bit of love. Grass was tall to walk on. nothing major..we loved your house and will stay again if needed."

"Our stay in Rotorua was great! The house had nearly everything we needed (just couldn’t find the rubbish bags) to make us comfortable. We all agreed the house was comfortable, especially the beds! A really great stocked kitchen made it easy to have meals in. Our boys loved the pool table, extra tv room and had fun in the pool. Thanks for making our NZ trip great!"

"Lovely place"

"We enjoyed our stay at aww sheep. The back deck with a view over Rotorua was stunning and we really enjoyed having meals out there. The hot tub was a real treat. The house itself could use some updating, but was clean and was stocked with everything we needed. The downstairs bathroom/laundry was lacking a counter top to get ready for the day, so we were all having to use one bathroom sink for the most part, but just a minor inconvenience. Overall, I would recommend staying here for the view...

"Clean. Large space, comfortable beds. We hit a snag with our booking as the apartment I booked through Wotif was different than the one assigned to us at the location. When I queried it, management advised the photos and description of the apartment I booked on Wotif was not even of the 2 x bedroom unit that I booked but were of a 1 x bedroom suite! Property description and photos on Wotif of the 2x bedroom unit said own outdoor area and private spa, bbq etc however this is not what is at the...
