"This place was great! The apartment itself is a great size for 2 people. The yard was pretty big with lots of seating, firepit, an awesome guitar shaped chiminea, nice sized pool, outdoor tv in the gazebo. The owner, Ryan, came later at night and left the next morning. He was super nice and very helpful!"

"Had a wonderful time, got to see family in the area, were welcomed by the trio of chix, enjoyed learning about the history of the area from our knowledgeable host and are looking forward to getting back in 2025"

"The cozy efficiency was just right. It was very quiet and private. The location is in a very nice neighborhood, so we felt safe and enjoyed walking our dog around the peaceful neighborhood. Comfortable bed, nice little kitchen area, large shower. We would rent it again."
