"Beautiful townhouse. Very clean, comfy beds. We did the Mighty Five, so we were all over Utah. Next time we would like to stay here again and make it our home base, focusing more on Moab, Arches and Canyonlands."

"This is an older house, but it was very clean and well supplied. The hot tub was clean and awesome! We loved our stay. The location is great; you can walk to eating places, quiet neighborhood, over all Great! Highly recommend this place. "

"We've stayed at many vacation rentals and this was by far our best experience. We enjoy cooking and the kitchen was very well stocked with supplies. The rental was very clean. It was an added bonus that it had the most comfortable beds we've had at any of our stay locations. The host was great to communicate with and even gave many beneficial recommendations for activities and food. The only negative we had was the Wi-Fi was somewhat weak (and there's terrible cell service) and the Living...

"Condo was spacious and had everything we would need for a stay in a house. Kitchen was stocked. Patio was nice and had sitting area, table, fire pit and grill. The pool and hot tub were under construction while we were there. We would have used if it was available. Condo was very clean when we arrived other than some pet hair on the throw blankets. It was more relaxing and I felt more at home than a traditional hotel. "

"I found a blunt (marijuana) outside on the patio at the base of a post the second morning there. I also found a pair of men’s underwear in a cubby in the closet, at eye level, the second night there. The cleaners did not do a good job. The home itself was awesome. The deck overlooking the creek was amazing. The home had enough amenities if you wanted to cook and serve a meal you can do it easily, or you could just do what we did and walk a few short blocks to several great places for your meals....

"Such an easy and enjoyable stay! Just a few miles drive from Moab, we used this stay to reach Arches and Canyonlands. It was great to come back to this simple, comfortable landing pad. It had all the basics, and was well cared fo. Bedrooms are a little smaller than they appear in the photo, but still have plenty of room. I enjoyed the lovely art, too."

"Very nice property. the only complaints would be the trash was not emptied prior to arrival and i wish the communication was a little better telling us you cannot keep your licensed street legal ATV's on sight in the community at all.( a little surprised since this town is very much about off-roading) Don at the storage lot down the road was very helpful making accommodations for us though. Other than that this place was very clean and comfortable. I would stay here again. "

"Tons of pros to this condo including the great shower, comfy master bed, and the awesome shared deck space. Some cons included the ants in the kitchen, the "Taco Bed" pull out couch, and the lack of coffee grinder and coffee filters. Extra flatware and cooking utensils needed as well in the condo. You can't beat the location- and really easy to get to restaurants downtown."
