Awesome Moab townhouse.

Wonderful Moab Vacation
The place was great! Very comfortable beds. Living room was bright and cozy. Nice gas fireplaces. Very clean throughout. Location 5 miles from Moab, was easy travel and it was nice to be away from the crowds . Would definitely stay here again.

Spacious condo-great for families
Our family of 6 stayed in this condo on our recent trip to Moab. The condo is very spacious, with 3 king beds, which were very comfortable, and 1 twin daybed. There were plenty of towels, washer/dryer, and pretty much anything we could need. There is a nice 2nd floor balcony that you can use for stargazing, which was nice. The furniture was pretty dated, but we didn’t spend a lot of time just hanging out there, as we were there to see the parks. The only thing I would recommend updating would be the front door locks. The locks were very old and it was difficult to lock/unlock, so new locks would probably make the place feel a bit more secure. Overall it was a nice place, and I would stay here again.

Great Moab Townhome!
My wife & I just spent 10 nights at this home for our annual Moab mt bike trip. It was one of the best VRBO homes we've ever stayed at. The bedrooms had very comfortable beds with large closets. The complex is convenient to town & the mt biking trails but still far enough away to be quiet. There was nothing to complain about. We will definitely stay here again on our 2025 trip to Moab.

Super nice property with multiple decks/patios. The pool was nice to have to use in the heat of the day. The bedrooms were spacious and the kitchen was well stocked. I'd be happy to stay here again if we come back to Moab.

Great layout and good location
Rooms and beds large and comfy; tv in bedrooms upstairs, ceiling fans too (it’s hotter upstairs); deck upstairs for stargazing or sunrise. Front door lock needs fixed—many times it took us a long time to get it to unlock, and that was difficult at night especially since pedestal porch light was burned out. Can opener broken, no cheese grater in kitchen. But the negatives are easily fixed, including laundry door off the rail. communicated with the housekeeping service about better vacuuming, dish cleaning and towels not washed. They said they would attend to these matters. It’s a comfy, brightly painted (happy) home away from home.

Great location
Good spot to get out of the busy downtown area. Also can have trailers on main road outside of complex if you trailer toys to area. We had our crawler in the driveway and the tow rig close enough to keep an eye on outside of complex. Would stay here again.

Great place to stay a few miles south of town. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Can access hiking trails up the road. Nice gas grill, good internet speeds and responsive hosts. Coffee maker was not working and a new one was delivered quickly.
