"We were a family with young children and stayed for 4 nights. The hotel itself is great - the size and amenities available (they have a whole range of baby items and other handy items that you can request for FOC) is unbeatable in Japan. However, the location of the property itself is in a seedy area, amidst rows of very colorful nightclubs. On the first night, we were awoken at 2am by a fight but otherwise we got back by 8.30pm every night and never felt unsafe."

"good for family living,榻榻米 bed in 2nd floor, washing machine and kitchen so convenient nearby 1km a super market there is foodcourt. a very good chinese restaurant 300 meter,or mcdonald close, and a park for kids take 荣25 bus to 荣, and transit to all places. we had good 5 days here"
