"Attached to Haneda Terminal 3 so it is very convenient for red eye or early morning flights. You can be at the center of Tokyo in 30mins. The hotel rooms were clean, complete with room amenities. The staff were very accommodating and polite. I definitely would recommend this hotel."

"It is truly very clean. I love the personal pajamas laid out on our bed every evening. I accidentally scratched my finger and they immediately took out their first aid kit. So helpful with directions and recommendations. The only thing is - the rooms are tiny and we booked a room for 3..and with 3 beds in one room- there was no space for all our suitcases. The food was good - but it was the same thing ever single day for the 7 days we were there...Overall, I would still recommend this place. "

"Location of hotel was excellent - conveniently connected to the underground train station with shops, very close to Ginza and other commercial areas. Hotel occupies 24th floor and above floors of the building so view from the room was great. One thing that I did not like was the size of room. We had a Standard Double room and it was quite small so we had to move around the furniture in order to place two luggage, and the bathroom was barely big enough to move around. "We stayed 7 nights and decided to go with a standard queen room to save money, unfortunately this was not the best idea because the room was very small and had little to no storage - we had to go to IKEA to buy disposable drawers to store our items. If I were alone and stayed for a shorter time, this hotel would be ideal. Other than size and storage, the hotel was good. What we loved was the location with many tourist attractions within walking distance. "

"Excellent location, in particular for Ueno park, zoo. Beautiful onsen on the top floor, excellent views of the city and park from the open air 14th floor onsen. Very nice family room, spacious with excellent shower."
