"Absolutely sensational service from the team at the Hilton, particularly Koki who went over and above to insure my partner got a Gluten and Dairy free meal, he then left a note to thank us for being so nice under our hotel door. One of the other staff gave us a guided tour of the restaurant also which was appreciated. the hotel room was luxurious, the concierge outstanding - no better place to go! "

"The man at front desk was wonderful. All front desk staff seemed lovely. Breakfast was really very good. Wish signs in onsen had english. Or like a book in the front change room area with english/other languages for signs/warnings inside. Phone in onsen would be rude/weird. So I have no way to translate signs or warnings."
