"We stayed here for two days. Next day after check in, they didn’t clean the room and when I asked there is a lot of waste in the room, they asked me to clean. I was surprised! But can’t say anything, maybe it is their hotel rule to ask customers to clean their rooms."

"This is a lovely facility with beautiful grounds. The room was wonderful with two separate bedrooms, living area, dining area with great view. Transport to and from train station is available by contacting resort, although had personal vehicle. "

"2 minute walk to numazu station, hotel was great and staff were super helpful. I requested a Japanese travel adaptor as my U.K. plug did not fit and they let me borrow it. "

"This hotel has a small hot springs bath. Because it's small you need to follow rules but rules in English are posted everywhere. Washing machine with detergent is free. Dryer is only 100 yen for 20 min. Very nice little town "

"Hotel was very close to the North Exit of Numazu Station and easy to find. There’s a Lawsons,7-11 and McDonalds near by. Very quiet hotel and the staff was nice and helpful. We would stay here again when we visit Numazu"
