「Jeg havde en enkelt overnatning på Hotel Tórshavn sammen med 2 kolleger. Beliggenheden var meget central og værelset pænt og rent. Det var lidt besværligt med indcheckning og der kom ikke besked med link til app til alle rejsende, men vi brugte hotellets telefon ved ankomst og fik rigtig god telefonisk hjælp ift. værelsesnumre og dørkoder. 」

「It's a really good guesthouse if you want to stay for a longer time in Torshavn. The rooms, kitchen and bathrooms are in a realy good condition and the bathroom and kitchen get cleaned every day. That is for the price a nice service. The locaiten is a little bit outside the city center but it is in a quit corner of the city so you have really quite nights and in the same way short walks to the supermarkets and the center.」

「The property is clean, quiet, and in an excellent location. However, it does seem to be a bit of a work in progress. The furnishings are sparse and some of the bathroom hardware was broken. Also, the lack of outside signage can make it difficult to find, especially with the renovation work on nearby properties.」

「Very comfortable hotel, clear and large room, reception is helpful, general service is above standard. Since the hotel location on the hill, hence it provide a wonderful review no matter from the room or restaurant, but if you didn't rent the car and prefer by walk to down town, it will require around 30 min. to down hill and around 45 min. to up hill. Besides, strongly recommend to book the KOKS for dinner as they will provide an excellent food and service to you which the chef will introduce...

However, due to an internal communication error, the order was not communicated to the kitchen and we were left without any breakfast. We however saw the front desk staff when checking with the kitchen took the opportunity to make herself a ham and cheese sandwich and did not offer it to us. 「International brand lives up to its standards. I'm currently staying at various hotels in Denmark with about the same price range, not sure about the very expensive ones, but many of these hotels are either lacking mini bar, slippers, tissue, or very small shower place with shower curtain that doesn't block out the water at all. All that common annoying issues I found in Denmark, none were happening at the Hilton hotel in Faroe Islands. It was like "finally I can really get some rest here" and...

「Absolutely love this guesthouse. Spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. Fully furnished kitchen. Incredible views.The owners are wonderful and so gracious. They helped me with the bus schedule for my departure and even made lunch for me. They couldn't have been any nicer! If you're looking for peaceful, relaxing getaway...this is definitely the place!」
