"There is a grocery store at the base of the tower along with Bashamichi Station. There is a dedicated elevator to take you from B1F or 1F to 46F. The elevator takes a bit to get you to the lobby. The rooms are on 46F to 51F. The rooms are incredibly clean and sizeable. The views are great. The service at the hotel was some of the best I've seen so far. Considering how good most hotel staff in Japan are, it's impressive how good the staff here are. There is a hotel guest only waiting area on 46F where you can look out over Yokohama. My room had a balcony, which was impressive because I was on 51F. I'd definitely consider booking here. I certainly plan to stay here again the next time I am in Yokohama. "

"The hotel is located in front of Yokohama Bay. If your room is facing the bay, you will enjoy amazing view day and night. Many shops and restaurants are within a walking distance. It is walkable to get to the nearest subway station. Enjoy morning run, nice walk and evening stroll around the hotel. "

"Great location, convenient for Yokohama attractions and for travel to Tokyo and other places like Kamakura and Enoshima. Hotel was extremely busy when I was there with many guests checking in and out at New Year but the staff were unfailingly helpful, prefessional and courteous - they really impressed me. APA rooms are *small* - to me that is the only significant drawback to the chain but you should be aware of it before booking. In all other respects they are a fine hotel."

"Great location! Minutes walk to the Yokohama station. Sogo and various malls all around the area. Hotel is very new and the provided room is spacious for us 2 adults with 2 tweenage kids. Like how the toilet is separated from the bathroom. Beds are wide enough for sharing with a kid. Provided amenities are excellent too. My kids loved it too!"

"We chose this hotel because it was a stone-throw away from K-Arena, where Charlie Puth was playing. What a beautiful hotel, kind staff, spacious room, and delicious breakfast. Everything about our stay was perfect. And I was able to pick up my concert tickets from the front desk. Wonderful experience. Wish we could've stayed longer but we had a full itinerary in other areas. Worth it!"
