"I stayed in Ibis since July 2023m this is our 4th times stayed with Ibis Sheung Wan. I was not happy with the refrigerator in my room. I complaint many times, finally the hotel exchanges a working one for this stay after checked in after 3 days. Reception department told us this situation was reflected but this was out of their control with the upper management's decision. New refrigerators are order but on definite date of delivery for the new fridge. "

Hotel is clean and convenient most important the hotel is big, super near metro station (Mong Kok East station) cut thru the mall and 10-15 mins walk to Mong Kok station. Nice food everywhere. Will book the hotel again! Cut thru the mall to morning market/nightmarket! Highly recommended. Kids friendly too!"

"Water dispensers at ground floor were a little slow nd laggy, dispensing a fixed 200ml each time. You ha e to remove and place your bottle back to fill more rounds of 200ml. I was using a 300ml bottle and so i have to remove it halfway which resulted in wastage of water as it took a second to detect that the bottle was removed and cut water flow. What I love most is they have Free shuttle bus drop off and pickup to Tung Chung MRT station every hour. This station is just next to the Cable ride to Tian Tan or Big Buddha. The Tung Chung station easily takes you to Disney Resort, to Hong Kong central station. Highly recommend this hotel."
