Always a great stay
My husband, sister, our friends, and their son have made Miramar Beach our go-to destination for vacation. I was so excited when I got such a good deal on this condo for our yearly visit. I was a little disappointed we didn't get an opportunity for early check-in but the condo was lovely. It was very clean, and the decor was simple but pretty. The bedding on the beds was a little thin but nothing we couldn't work with. I was very impressed with the communication Vacasa provided. I got a text once we checked in, a call the next day and another text during our stay just to see how everything was going. You just don't get that out of many companies these days. I would definitely stay in this condo again and again!

Spacious and comfy
This condo was the perfect size for our family. The view was amazing. The decor was nice. The curtains on the sliding glass doors of the living room and master were a little stained but it didn’t bother me. The new carpet was nice and kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. It would be nice if there was a grill on the balcony. The closest grill was a pretty long distance walk. Beach access was nice and only a 5min walk away but I would make sure you have a beach wagon even though you have to go down stairs to the beach you will need a wagon. The pool was nice and the security guy was super friendly and nice. Our pool code provided didn’t work and we finally figured out the reason why. The pool code for May was still being used. Ariel dunes II doesn’t have a hot tub so that was a bummer but again not a deal breaker. The “on-site” dining is a pretty long walk away so if you are planning on walking to eat be prepared to walk 1/2 a mile but the food is good. This condo was located in the perfect spot but I would not say you would be able to walk anywhere especially with the summer heat.

it was ok
Tiolets running every 5 mintues that they would not come and fix. No trash bags for room, and no instructions where arm bands were located. freezer does not freeze. Had popcicles in there for 5 days but never froze. No lights bulbs in lamps, no batteries for the remotes. Dryer vert slow drying towels. takes almost 3 hours to dry anything.
