ATTENTION: Maravilla is going through an exterior renovation on the entire property until May 10,2025. It will be noisy on and off. There could be noise and changes to schedule. We will do our best to let you know. Balcony will be closed January 10-February 7. Work hours for construction are 8-5. Rates have been adjusted to accommodate the inconvenience. A great time to enjoy gulf front at a lower cost.

Perfect location, condo and hosts!
We arrived to an immaculate condo, with an amazing ocean view and amenities to fit any need or activity. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony listening to the waves, the pool and the short walk to the beach throughout our stay, Excellent restaurants nearby and we took advantage of the outlet shopping on the one rainy day. Communications with our hosts was excellent throughout our stay.

We had a very relaxing time. What made it especially nice was how stocked and homey the condo was.

We had a great time, the condo had an amazing view and loved listening to the surf. We had 3 of our adult grandkids stay a night here and there. Long awaited Honeymoon
My husband and I finally took the time for our honeymoon, 31 years in the planning. I've stayed at this condo complex before and new where I wanted to take the husband. When I found this one I knew it was perfect. This property is awesome and was perfect for us! The property managers are very excellent to work with. The remodel they have done makes the space very welcoming and it feels like your home away from home. I also noticed the improvements that are happening throughout the entire property and was very impressed as well. We enjoyed our time so much that we will definitely be back. Everything in this place is well thought out. love the personalized notes, the goodies, games...they have everything we need! including a vacuum! i was able to cook do dishes...and the views! bam! amazing! we were blessed with nice weather and we were by the balcony all the time. we used both pools! heated pool in the back. greg and collette made sure we were taken care of. they kept in touch all the time. there were even beach toys, towels and chairs! simply amazing! we will be back! highly recommended. my favorite memory was taking a nap in ther warm afternoon of December while listening to the waves...love it!
