Fantastic condo.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was beautiful and the property had excellent activities. The beach and pool were enjoyed by our family. The condo itself had sweeping views of the ocean and bay. There were no blankets for the sofa bed and the bed linens were average. Overall though, we would definitely stay again!

Nice condo
We had stayed at this condo earlier in the year. It is very nice, but the ice maker was broken and made weird noises at all hours of the day and night. Considering the property charges for ice, this definitely needs to be fixed. Their was also an outlet in the kitchen that needed fixing. Otherwise it was a lovely condo.

Nice condo with outstanding balcony.
Nice condo with a great layout. Very spacious with nice furniture throughout. The all glass window and sliding door overlooking the spacious 400 sq.ft patio with a view of the ocean was breathtaking. You cannot resist sitting out there and taking it all in.

Incredible Place to Stay. Great For Families!
We absolutely loved our stay at Tops'l. The condo was exactly what you see and what we needed as a family of 5. The unit gave us more than enough space for the times we were inside, which was mainly just to shower, sleep and eat breakfast. Having a full kitchen and then that spacious balcony to enjoy morning coffee and a few meals was so much better than being stuck in some small room at any of the nearby resorts we looked at. The Tops'l property was excellent. The pools were great. The kids really enjoyed the activities they had each day. The bar and restaurant by the beach was more than enough for the things we needed. The white sand beach and crystal clear water was fantastic. Honestly couldn't have asked for much more except....The reason we are only giving it 4 Stars is because when we arrived the unit was barely cleaned from the previous guests. We called housekeeping and informed them of the issues and also left a note outlining all of the things that needed addressed. When we got back the only thing that was done was fresh bedsheets. We ended up having to vacuum all the furniture and wipe down all the patio furniture ourselves.

Amazing, gorgeous place!
The condo was super clean, the appliances were all new and modern. The kitchen was very functional the dining room very neat and modern. The living room super comfortable and the totating sofas amazingly comfortable. You can drink your coffee and see the beach. Outstanding view. The bedrooms were super clean and big We wish we couldhave stayed more time. Very recommended for adults like us, friends and family. We will be back to this very beautiful condo! - Mrs. Fulmer
