"I stayed in a room with two large beds and one extra portable bed to accommodate three people. The room is quite spacious and in good condition. The rest room is clean, with a bath tub and in good condition. The staff is friendly and helpful. A family mart is right next to the hotel. The hotel is very close to JR and Metisu Station. The hotel is also close to several bus stops. My stay in this hotel is pleasant; highly recommend this to visitors with family if you could get the big rooms. "

"The stores were all closed when we arrived on a Tuesday but the hotel was lovely and the staff were wonderful. The good was very good and the outdoor bath was heavenly. "

"Stayed here twice on our 24 day trip to Japan,at the beginning as it's about 300 M from the train station and at the end of our holiday for the same reason.The hotel is primarily for business men for short stays but good for a few days to explore the local area.The rooms we booked were not too small, clean and in good condition.The bathroom was very small but was expected in Japan.Breakfast was a mixture of everything from rice to bacon and was good.We did enjoy our stay here and would use this hotel again in the future."

"This hotel was a great surprise in a sort of out of the way location. It is a fabulous destination hotel, with an historic tea house and a historic castle in close walking distance. Can’t say enough about the excellent service, gorgeous decor, and tasty food."

"Very close to the train station. Clean towels and trash pick up daily, place items to be replaced outside of the door by 10:00 am. Room cleaned thoroughly about once a week - do not have access to the room during this time. Safe, quiet, clean neighborhood. Complimentary, very delicious Japanese breakfast. Washers and dryers available - best to do laundry in the morning. Knowing a few words of Japanese or having someone translate is helpful. Very comfortable room - small, like a cruise ship cabin. Very helpful, kind staff. Will definitely stay here again."
