"We were really happy with our stay. We had 2 events at the excel this weekend it made it so easy. Just saving the hassle was worth it. The hotel itself was very pretty, staff was great and valet service was top notch. We got room service twice and it was also very good."

"Loved that it was attached to the Mall Of America. So convenient in that aspect. Only things we didn’t like were there was only 1 ice machine in the whole facility and it was on the 2nd floor. Also, the robes and towels were much more rough and stiff than expected for price of room."
