"Friendly staff, easy check in. Close to many stations & restaurants. Walking distance to Tokyo Tower. Guest lounge was great for an afternoon drink before heading out to dinner. Great buffet breakfast, many western & Japanese choices. Only downside, no laundry onsite. Tip - on Mita subway line use exit A8 as it has an elevator if you have luggage. A10 if you are happy to use stairs."

"Convenient place and friendly staff. There is no AC but only heater in the room. We are not allowed to open window. The room is either too cold / too hot. Overall is great as the location is just perfect. "

"This is a beautiful hotel and located in between two shopping complexes. The location is also adjacent to a train station which makes getting around Tokyo easy. The hotel is close to the bay and the view from the room was amazing!"
