The Firefly Cottage - Hartman Center

The camper rental is 21' long.
The camper is one room with a queen bed and 2 bunk beds.
It will sleep a maximum of 5 adults.
The camper also has a couch.
The things included in the full kitchen are a microwave, a stovetop, an oven, and a full fridge. It also includes a coffee maker, toaster, pots and frying pan, and utensils.
It has Heat/AC.
There is 1 full bath in the camper.
We provide a bottom fitted sheet on the queen-size bed and the bunk beds.
Bring your own pillows, blankets, towels, and wash clothes.
The camper has its own picnic table and fire ring.
The camper is NON SMOKING.
NO PETS ALLOWED. FREE WIFI. There is firewood available for purchase as the Camper is equipped with a picnic table and fire ring.
Guest access
Located on 155+ acers of private property. Walk out the door and hike the trails, go fishing in the pond, swim in the pool, or enjoy any of the various games throughout the property. We can accommodate parking at the cabin for 2 cars.

-Smart TV in the living room

-Bottom fitted sheets are provided on all beds you will need to bring all other linens

-Public pool available for use

HOUSE RULES:

- Only the person that booked the reservation will be allowed to check-in and they must have a valid working phone number. Guest who books the property must be staying at the property for the duration of the reservation.

-Quiet hours are from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. During quiet hours there is to be no loud music or any other type of disturbances that could disrupt other campground guests while they are sleeping. If quiet hours are not followed you will be required to leave the campground.

- Maximum number of guests is 6 staying in the cabin. The base price includes 4 adults, any extra guest will be a $20 per night extra guest fee.

- No wet clothing or swim suits on the indoor furniture please.

-Dispose of trash properly and keep sites clean.

-Safety in and around the pool is sole responsibility of guests while you are here. Children should never be left unattended while in or around the pool area.

-Campfires must be contained within a fire ring and thoroughly extinguished when unattended. Firewood and paper is to be the only thing placed or burned in the fire rings. At no point is there to be any trash, glass, metal, ETC. placed or burned in the fire rings.

-Fireworks and explosives are prohibited on the Campground premises and on the property.

- No smoking allowed inside!

ATTENTION: If you are looking for a party house, DO NOT BOOK. Property is ideal for family vacations.

- Violation of house rules are grounds for terms of the rental to be terminated & visitors will be asked to leave without reimbursement for any portion of their reservation.
