"I been staying on this hotel for more than 3 years, but I can say that the staff has been disappointing in the last year. A lot of new staff; everytime I go lately is always new rules. Another thing; you book something online and pay but when you go there; is either “sold out” or they don’t have that availability. The last 3 times I went there I paid for a single king bed the first night they gave me a room with no bed; and the second night they gave a room with 2 queens beds. If something is not available they shouldn’t put it in the website. Besides that. Hotel is gorgeous and clean. Location is pretty convenient."
