The Scandi looked even nicer in person than the photos showed. We received a personal, handwritten note with cookies from the owners, which was lovely, and also we had advised that we'd have our dog with us and they had provided dog bowls and a mat as well as a treat for him. The fridge had a large filtered dispenser full of water inside, which was super nice. A dedicated parking spot was located at the top of the mulch path down to the unit. It isn't possible to wheel a suitcase down the path as it isn't paved, but it is well lit all the way through the woods from the parking area to the unit (probably like 25 yards overall.) The A/C worked well. The bathroom was located below the lofted bed area and it was roomy. The shower could use a small ledge/shelf for personal toiletries, as could the sink area, and we wished the bathroom could have had a couple hooks on the wood paneled wall. The water pressure in the shower was okay but both sinks were pretty soft on pressure. The bed had microfiber sheets and quilt as opposed to cotton/natural fiber, which aren't as breathable or comfortable for some people, but the mattress and pillows were very nice. These are minor issues that didn't impact our stay much - overall we were impressed and would highly recommend!
