"The hotel lobby is really nice. We had a two bedroom suite and it was disgusting. So dirty under the dishwasher and stove, bathroom floors, carpets, and couch in room. We've stayed at various places throughout Green Cove and this was by far the best vacation I've ever had. The condo's were perfect, clean, cozy and well stocked. The boat dock isn't a far walk and was great for our 19' bayliner. The host is friendly, quick to respond and just wonderful to work with. "
