"Excellent service and the breakfast was very good"

"Overall, this is a very nice hotel, and our stay was enjoyable. The one thing that caused us problems was the heating and a/c unit. Our room was cold, and none of our temperature changes on the thermostat made any improvement. After several attempts on our own over several hours, we stopped at the front desk, mentioned the problem, and while we were out, the maintenance staff resolved the issue. I recommend some kind of written instructions be provided. The thermostat for this unit was unlike anything I’ve seen before, and it was not obvious which symbol should be selected to set the unit to heat the room. We appreciate the prompt response once the staff was notified of the situation."

"This is the perfect hotel for you to enjoy the city with! The staff is amazing. I love the kitten treats that have at checkin! Also the large soaking bathtub is a dream come true. It definitely is my favorite hotel in the city now!"

"Stayed two nights, mostly working so didn't get to use the pool or spend time in the restaurant, but the highlight of this hotel has to be the service. The entire team was friendly, engaged, and professional. I interacted with daytime front desk, overnight front desk, the team at ground floor handling bags and greeting guests, and team members bringing food (ordered to room), etc. and had consistently positive experiences. Courtesy water provided with refillable, recyclable bottles. My booking came with food/beverage credit. Room was clean. I appreciate the focus on dog parents and making them feel welcome but also the other things they have like their resident dog and having a shelter donation option via the stuffed animal in the room. Hotel is in a convenient location - was easy for me to catch the trains in the morning and walk around to restaurants and other parts of town. Would stay again. "

"Loved our stay at the Fairmont. I would definitely come back again. The staff made the stay so much better. not a lot of parking around. But the hotel has valet on the side of the building. 90$ overnight and other fees added. Overall great experience the hotel!"
