"This was our 3rd stay at the Hotel Fauchere, and it has declined a bit in quality. Most importantly in their breakfast - used to be a gourmet breakfast, featuring brûléed grapefruit, quiche and homemade yogurt. Now it’s a buffet style breakfast, felt more like at a chain hotel. we came down around 915 (breakfast runs 8-10) and it was almost Empty…. No food left. A few bananas, and burnt bacon and potatoes. I spoke to the staff and they mentioned they had run out of the aforementioned homemade...

"We did not stay at the hotel but we did eat at the hotel's restaurant. From start to finish it was delicious! The restaurant is filled with a bunch of Decor from the history of the place. Great Ambiance and delicious food! Can't wait to return!"
