Friendly reception staff, lovely clean room with coffee, tea, herbal teas and biscuits, sugar and milk. The bed was too hard for me, but my husband found it very comfortable. The shower was absolutely wonderful, really powerful. The hotel was perfect for us, we never eat in any hotel that we stay at, so the closeness of other options for a meal was brilliant. We would definitely return.

We were upgraded to a balcony room which was very comfortable and quiet with a view of the marina. Unfortunately, there was a pool of water in the bottom of the wardrobe(previous residents had not emptied the iron) which we didn’t notice so had some soggy shoes in the morning. We had tried to phone the hotel before we checked in but no-one answered. The bar area was extremely busy and very noisy- the high ceilings magnified noise so we decided to have a quiet drink elsewhere. Breakfast was standard buffet fayre with mediocre machine coffee. There were chips on the floor and food on the chair from the previous evening and despite being very quiet at the time we ate, no plates were cleared until we were about to leave. Overall summary- ok value for money modern hotel but nothing special and we are unlikely to return

Great Hotel
Great hotel with a great location. Great facilities including gym, bar and restaurant. The bar and restaurant overlook the marina, which itself has great bars and restaurants. Room has a king size bed overlooking the marina. The only complaint being the fan in the bathroom was not working. Highly recommend.

A room with a view and well presented too
This was a third stay at this hotel perched right next to Milford's marina. I had a single room (well actually it was a double with just myself staying) the room was spotless and looked like it was only a few months old when the hotel is at least 3 years old. Breakfast was buffet style but fresh and well stocked with the option to ask for slight changes to how eggs are done. All the people working at the hotel were friendly, smiley people. This stay being the 1st week in January was also really good value.

The hotel was a good place to stay in a nice place .Good friendly staff good bar and restaurant with good quality food. But the only thing I the hotel could do is put bottles of water in room and a coffee pod machine because the tea and coffee wasn't very good 😒 they had in room . All 4⭐️ hotel we have stayed in their rooms had these things in rooms.

Beautiful looking hotel : bedrooms ,bar and restaurant areas . Cleanliness in rooms not perfect but raindrop shower was amazing . Drinks expensive but that’s expected in a hotel located by the Marina . Free parking , lovely breakfast and very friendly staff . Check in 4pm and check out at 11am . Would have like these times to be extended slightly . Overall lovely night stay but with reputation expected a more luxury’s such as free bath products and more than one coffee and biscuit etc .
