La Cala Golf Resort
WOW! We have just got back after a week in the property and what a place to stay. Amazing property owned by an amazing gentlemen. Communication was excellent incredibly attentive. We advised we would be arriving late and Adrian organised someone to meet us at the proprty and equally with Adrian she was also incredibly helpful. The property was exactly as described and infact i would say; i felt I knew the place from the accurate photos displayed on VRBO. The external ammenities, like the swimming pool, was also exactly as described and we spent many hours in and around the pool. A friendly environment throughout and a very happy and enjoyable holiday had by all. Before writing this review i asked each one of our family how they rated the property and facilities, so age ranges 12, to 56 and everyone without hesitation rated as 10 out of 10. I would very happily stay again at some point in the future. Then yesterday our last day the agent who looks after the property came to meet us as agreed, again the common trend of pleasant helpful and very professional, which meant we got away on time after the hand over. I cannot praise the quality of the equipment and the furnishings available for our stay enough. There is not a thing I could fault. Thank you so much Adrian for your communication and accomodating our late arrival / departure. I'm trying to plan a long weekend of golf so I may well be in touch for that.

My husband and I went out first and then we were joined by our sons and girlfriends for the last 9 days. We had a great time, mainly at the beach but we did visit the pool, which was really nice. This holiday works well for us, as the boys play golf and the girls visit the Spa, everyone happy! The appartment itself was extremely comfortable and very well equiped, we will definately be going back.

As described and wonderful
The property is exactly as described and photographed on the website. It's conveniently located near the driving range (150 m away) and it's just a short walk of 10 minutes down the hill to the La Cala club house. Taxis are available at the club house to take you back up the hill if you are too lazy to walk, at a cost of 4.6 Euros. The views from the apartment are wonderful and its worth getting up early to watch the sun rise. Air conditioning is super effective and the apartment tastefully furnished and decordated. All in all, a 5* experience. Thanks for the stay.

This is a beautifully equipped apartment in a peaceful corner of the Costa del Sol. Really well managed so the whole process runs smoothly. Everything you need for a relaxing break in the sun. Ideal for golfers and families.

We have stayed here several times and have already booked for next year. The apartment is so good and is resourced brilliantly. There is a small garden at the back and a lovely spacious balcony at the back with comfortable furniture to relax into. The rooms are all large with lots of storage space for clothes. Overall a brilliant place.

Beautiful three bedroom apt with amazing views of the mountains and valley. Very comfortable, spacious and overall well equipped. We stayed for 7weeks and very much enjoyed our time there. Off season so it was quiet .. great area overlooking the golf courses and a good workout on a 50 min daily walk. 10 min drive to the village of La Cala de Mijas with. I’ve restaurants and a ocean board walk. Good grocery stores - Mercadona, Super Sol and Aldi. Good location for daily sight seeing trips. Highly recommend!

We stayed at this property and even though La Cala is a really nice area to stay this place was not so good. It feels like they don’t want people to stay and not interested in what you say. We gave some feedback to the owner who wasn’t interested and only bothered about getting the next one in. The outdoor area was filthy and the sunloungers unusable as used for a stray cat. Asked to leave early as the cleaner decided to turn up early and was almost frogmarched out with the owner saying they need to clean so leave. Maintenance just turn up with no warning in the morning and sometimes at the window. My advise is Stacy in the area but choice another apartment.

Exceptional accomodation, good resort
The accomodation is really well situated, it was quiet while we were there, very well furnished and decorated everything you are likely to want and very comfortable. The apartment has spacious rooms well laid out with several rooms opening out into outdoor living space with some lovely views The resort has 3 excellent golf courses, not too easy a lot of elevations . Along with various practice facilities. The club house is has good reasonably priced food and the staff are very friendly. The town and beach are a fairly short drive. If you happen to get fed up with these courses the area has a vast number to chose from. Prompt responses always from the owner and agent who introduced us to the property on arrival. Highly recommended would be hard pressed to find something better.

We have just returned from a long weekend at this apartment and have had a great time. Emma who met us and gave us the keys etc was really polite and welcoming filling us in on all the apartment information. The apartment its self was really well equipped and very tastefully decorated a real home from home. The resort of La Cala is beautiful and we would definitely recommend this resort and apartment. L’appartement est magnifique et très spacieux. Il est beaucoup mieux que sur les photos. L’endroit est très bien situé, on est proche de la mer (environ 8min en voiture). La vue de l’appartement est incroyable. Cette appartement convient aussi bien pour des amis, une familles ou des vacances entre couple. La piscine est très grande, belle surprise!!! Un très beau parc avec une cascade artificielle et un petit bassin avec dés poisson et des grenouilles. Tout simplement magnifique. L’appartement possède tous les équipements nécessaires comme wifi, netflix, club de golf, machine à lavé, lave vaisselle, vraiment tout! Cela fait 5ans que je passe mes vacances là-bas et que je loue des appartements. C’est de loin de meilleure! ❤️❤️

5 Star Apartment
This holiday apartment is a very high standard. The quality of all the furniture and beautiful finishings really set this apart from other places we have stayed in. You have everything you need for a very comfortable stay, even including a box full of adapters which is really useful with the amount of gadgets people have these days. The outside area and pool is immaculate also. It's very quiet but may be it was just the time of year. The pool was too cold to get in. You are high up in the hills but it is easy to book a taxi and they are outside within 5 minutes. It is about 12 euros to get down to the beach. I also booked a Mercadona delivery which was really helpful, saved having to go to the shops on our first day. I would highly recommend this apartment and will probably return when we next visit the area. A beautiful holiday home.

The apartment was situated on a beautiful golf resort with amazing views of the hills and mountains , we went for a wedding at the hotel so the apartment was perfect for the holiday, we had use of a well kept communal pool and gardens and enjoyed our stay

Fantastic Apartment
This is our 2nd year staying at this apartment and once again it didn't disappoint. We were met by the very friendly agent as arranged and after a chat and some handy advice we got straight into the apartment then down for 18 holes on one of the suburb La Cala courses. The apartment as last year was clean and tidy and really has everything you need to relax after a busy day golfing, there is a huge selection of DVDs and all the usual UK channels. Luxury apartment and we will be booking again next year once the flights are out.
