"Overall a very good value for the price charged. The place is set up for large groups (it can sleep up to 10) with the kitchen stocked for eating at the home, but not for preparing large meals. There was a very cute cat that visited us every day, but we could have done without the 6am wake up calls from the roosters that live next door. The neighborhood was fine and you are very close to many activities and sites in the Miami area."
