Family get together
Primary reason for our visit was the NQC Amish Gospel Fest in Shipshawana. We live in Eastern NC and my sister lives in central Illinois. This was a great midpoint for us to meet spend some time together (all 65+). The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. The downstairs bedroom would have been a good space for teenagers. We were about 15 minutes from Shipshawana for shopping/dining/concerts. We took a side trip to Portage, MI (about 1 hr away) to visit the Air Zoo (highly recommend) and had late lunch at Black Stone Bar and Grill (highly recommend). Host was available readily available for questions and needs.

The property was very clean. Location was perfect. We was in town to go to the Flea Market in Shipshewana. It was only maybe 7 miles away. But got to view the beautiful countryside. Definitely planning to go back and we will check into renting this VRBO again.

The house was very clean, the furniture and the beds were nice and comfortable. The kitchen had lots of countertop space which was nice. We didn't use the basement, but it was a nice setup with lots of space and a separate bedroom. The location was great and easy to get to. We really enjoyed our stay.

This house is perfectly and quietly situated in the country, but clise to all the popular points of interest. It's clean, comfortable and welcoming. The wide open views are relaxing. The beds are comfy. The kitchen is completely stocked.

Everything about this property and owner was outstanding! We were contacted before our arrival to make sure we were all set and comfortable with checkin, and we were contacted during our stay to make sure everything was as expected and see if we needed anything. The house was exactly as advertised and felt updated and very clean. There was a lot of space upstairs and down, and the all the amenities were perfect and exactly what we needed. We will definitely stay here again if ever in the area. Thank you!

Loved the property
We loved the home. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Two beds were upgraded to adjustable beds which was nice. The road is very busy and it is next to a farm which was a little ripe when we were there but we would still stay again. This didnt effect us in anyway. Thank you for opening your home for us. Two suggestions put up a chair rail to protect the kitchen wall (we pulled the table out to play games) and install hand rail to basement. Highly recommend this home it was awesome. Thank you again!

Perfect place for our party of 6. Very clean. Would definitely stay here again. Easy access to local attractions. Just FYI- drain in tub is very slow. Also hope you are planning to put handrail on basement steps.

This place does not disappoint. This is the second time we stayed here. It's very clean, comfortable, and has a nice kitchen to make simple meals. It's close to many things to do, lots of little shops, and bakeries. Definitely my go to when we stay in the area.
