"We ended up not staying. The description says it is a cabin, it is an old manufactured home (mobile home). When we pulled in there was items scattered around the yard, the grass hadn’t been mowed. When we got to the first step the wood need to be replaced. There were holes in the soffit. Once inside the couches looked old and dingy. The inside needed to be spruced up. I contacted the property owner and told her our concerns. Her response was “Things and furnitures are as in the pictures posted...

"This home is every bit as charming as the pictures! My 10 year old really enjoyed the basket of goodies, activities and coloring. My kids also enjoyed playing in the yard and the badminton set. The upstairs deck was perfect for relaxing and star gazing. The location is great with an easy walk into town for breakfast or dinner. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

This house was perfect for my family since we had 9 of us this year.it was more rooms than we needed but the house looked beautiful in the VRBO listing so we gave it a try. We were not disappointed. "We came to the area for a wedding in Tallahassee. Since it was a football weekend lodging in Tallahassee was expensive and in short supply. Toska's house in Monticello was wonderful. We had eight people from three different families that all had to dress for a formal wedding. The house was perfect. Spacious and immaculate. Beds were super comfortable and the swimming pool was very enjoyable for some down time in the afternoon."
