"Having the beach right there was exactly what we wanted. The hotel needs a little work here and there. Some of the button on the elevator needed to be repaired and they were small, but overall I would stay there again. The STAFF was AWESOME!! Especially Millie at the front desk."

"Looks like they're still in the process of remodeling but our room was nice. The pull out couch needed to be made up which the staff quickly attended to while we were at dinner. The service was great - both in the hotel and at the restaurant S3. Partial views of the water - balcony - nice spacious living area with kitchen/stove/larger mini fridge. Tiny walk in shower, thin tp, thin/lumpy pullout mattress and sheets were meh but pillows for main bed were comfy."

"The hotel was very clean and our room was very well fitted with a kitchen and 2 double beds. Ideal for a family of 4. Debbie, Andre & Frankie were very helpful. Appreciate Debbie giving us an upgrade. I do prefer a buffet breakfast. The a la carte setup is not to my liking but I can understand that there is low guest ratio to justify this. They should not allow XL Bully dogs in the restaurant, especially without a lead. It scared my wife and she decided to leave early."
