This 1,347 sq ft condo is about gorgeous views and pure design. It overlooks the amazing Biscayne Bay and the Miami River and will captivate you from the moment you enter. Floor to ceiling glass only enhances those views. Enjoy its completely equipped kitchen with Italian cabinets, marble countertops, Bosch dishwasher, premium appliances by Wolf & Subzero, and full-size washer/dryer.

For your entertainment, it features three TVs (in living and in each bedroom), with over 100 channels, including HBO & Showtime and music stations. For most guests, really fast internet is of the utmost importance and accordingly, we offer you a dedicated connection with 100Mb (unlike most hotels which offer up to 5Mb and a shared connection). In all our condos at least one of the TVs is a Smart one so that you can make use of your subscription with HBO, Netflix, Prime...etc.

Master Bedroom features one king-size bed with panoramic views of the Miami River and its luxury yachts include curtains and blackouts and customized walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with separated bathtub and shower and two washbasins. All floors and countertops in marble. The second bedroom with twin size beds and views over the city, and the river, includes TV and closet.

The property includes all kitchen utilities, pots & pans, dishes, glasses and cutlery, kitchen paper, dishwasher soap, etc. Among the electronics, you will find a toaster, Nespresso-type coffee maker, blender, juicer, iron (and iron board), and vacuum cleaner. We also include two bathrobes (to go to the pool, hot tub, dry sauna, wet sauna), towels, toilet paper, facial tissues, bar soap, hair shampoo & conditioner, and hair blower. Bedrooms have sheets & bed cover. Pillow menu also available.
With views to the Bay, Miami River and Downtown, this 1,347 sq feet, 2BR condo (includes a queen size sofa bed in the living room) is uncommonly well equipped, with kitchenware and large closets, refined furniture and complements, LED TVs (at least one, to watch 200+ channels including HBO and Showtime as well as Netflix, Prime, Hulu...), fast and free Wi-Fi (50Mb), washer/dryer, Italian cabinets, premium appliances by Wolf & Subzero and Bosch, as well as solid marble counters. Very clean.

Fantastic View
One look at the view tells you this is a fantastic place to stay. Enjoyed watching the boats in the river and even saw a manatee with a baby. Extremely clean and comfortable inside too.

The views from this apartment are stunning, the pool alone is worth the stay. Despite long lines to get on the elevator at times, we had an amazing time. The company had excellent communication, we were very well informed at every stage. We will come back and stay here again.

Perfect place to stay in Miami
We loved staying here! Everything was as pictured and even better. The views of the bay and city are beautiful. Everything was super clean, and there’s so much space throughout the apartment. Kat, who was our contact throughout the week, was super nice and helpful! We thankfully didn’t have any problems during the week, but if we had, it was nice to know there was someone to easily and quickly contact. The location is also perfect- many places to walk to throughout downtown, and it’s also a short drive to the beach! I highly recommend this place and I hope to come back again!

Amazing location and great hosts
Condo is in a great neighborhood with lots of walkable restaurants and easy access to other parts of Miami. Amazing views since it's a corner unit and the hosts were very thoughtful about checking in and making sure everything was satisfactory.

Great location and view. Nice and clean apartment. Staff is responsive to our needs and questions. Some fixtures are showing sign of wear and tear such as the bathroom door and ottoman in the spare bedroom that should be replaced.

Great place, great location
This is our second time staying in this building and with Miami vacation rentals. They do a great job through the whole process and this facility is amazing with a great views, great spaces, and phenomenal location. Be sure you make the walk past the hundred yard long swimming pool to to the fitness center and Spa area. It's amazing.

Exceptional Family vacation!
I can’t say enough good things about this property! The pictures don’t lie - the unit is stunning and the views are sensational! The beauty of this unit is that it’s a corner so you have views of the ocean and the river. Right in downtown so you have access to great restaurants and shops. The pool is gorgeous - and during the week it is not busy, allowing you to easily find chairs (even if you show up later in the morning like we did!) Check in was smooth and the service was top notch - Kat was our service manager and she exemplifies customer service! On our first day she helped us download apps so that we could order groceries online and she even met the delivery person to receive the groceries when we were out for dinner! WOW! I have absolutely no negative comments about our stay - everything was positive so if you’re debating whether to book, don’t hesitate! You won’t be disappointed!

I’m so happy that I booked this condo for a girls trip to celebrate my birthday. The pictures don’t do it justice. It was immaculate and high end. The check in process was smooth and the security measures were appreciated. The views from every room were amazing especially at night. It was an easy walk to Brickell City Center and a convenient Uber ride to South Beach. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

If you love city and water views you get the best of both worlds here! The city lit up at night is wonderful, watching the boats and automobiles wisk by is cool. The condo itself is spacious with plenty of storage. The master bedroom has a comfy bed and I spent every evening in the jetted soaker tub. So relaxing after a full day of activities and there is no shortage of hot water that's for sure! My advice on the condo for improvements; the condo is starting to show its age and can use some paint touch ups on door hinges (hall bath rust) and the living area furniture isn't the most comfortable (low profile design). Having my morning coffee on the balcony required me to hold the cup as there isn't a little table out there. The shower in the hall bath can use a shower shelf system to hold the bath wash and shampoo while showering. All small stuff thats not a deterrence from renting this space again. The condo was loaded with plenty of linens, water and a bottle of wine, thank you for that, and the site manager, Kat, was efficient in check in and responsive. The property is under the Miami Vacation Rentals group, and next time I'll rent directly from them and save some change on booking fees.

Everything is exactly as shown. This is a beautiful apt with great views in a very walkable area. The pool is amazing! Kitchen was well equipped. Would definitely stay here again. If you have a car, try to reserve the parking pass with in/out privileges because area parking is expensive.

Sister's first Cruise
The trip was to take my sister on her first cruise. My nephew and his fiancé joined us. This property looked just as pictured in the advertisement. Unit was perfect for our family. Amenities looked amazing although we didn’t take advantage of them. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Traffic is very heavy in the area, but the parking option with the unit was great. Thanks to Miami vacation rentals!
