Overall we had a good stay! It was our first time in Miami and I think our location was perfect. The neighborhood was great, the pool was amazing, and I appreciated the homey feel of the house. I think cleanliness could have been better but overall we had a great time!

This home is perfect for famlies admitted to Nicklaus Childrens Hospital. Only a few blocks away and easy commute. Only complaint would be the handful of bugs that were found and/or killed during ourn tay

Property was as described as in pictures. Plenty of space for our family of 5. Pool was nice and appliances worked well for cooking and cleaning. The house was clean and in a quiet residential location which served us while we were back and forth to UM.

Lovely vacation home
I was very happy to find this home because I wanted lots of space, a pool and convenience to shopping and the airport. The home was exactly as advertised! It was so comfortable and cute which made it felt like home. Nick was very responsive and attentive to our needs before and during our stay. I made a last minute decision to extend my stay and Nick responded immediately and was able to accommodate my request. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with our visit and will consider staying at this property during my visit early fall.

We were in town for my child to have a procedure completed at Nicholas Children’s Hospital. The property is super convenient to the facility and the host is responsive for any questions that come up.

A real bad ants and Bugs problem
When first arrived to the location, we was able to check in sooner before the time. Then became a big problem, all four of my children had bug bites all over there body. Find out that the home is Infested with ants and other water bugs. Turn around my wife got bit in the face. We call the property manager and try to get something done. NOTHING

UM Graduation
Excellent location for our family for the graduation weekend. We really needed a place close to UM for everyone to congregate between the graduation festivities. House was lovely, and we enjoyed the pool. Host was very responsive and kind. When I travel back to Miami, I’ll plan to stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful..
We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The pictures had me excited and I can say with certainty now that they did not lie. The property was clean, Nick responded right away to any questions and it was about 18minuets away from the Airport which was great for us. Its also about 20 or so minutes away from everything else. Perfect Miami get away
What a lovely home! Lovely quiet neighbourhood, with easy access to other miami areas. It was exactly what we needed, each room was clean and had everything you may require. The outdoor kitchen is a perfect addition.. you can lounge by the pool, play darts and bbq all day! It was heaven, pool area is lovely! The whole thing exceeded expectations! Nick was such a great host, he responded to any questions extremely quickly, he let us check in early and out late and he even popped over to replace the gas in the bbq when we used it up. We will definitely be returning!
