"Staff was courteous and helpful. Check in/out was easy. For a building of it's age it was in good repair and well maintained. However, to say my mattress was uncomfortable is an understatement. When I sat on it it appeared thick, but was the most flimsy thing I've slept on short of a cheap pull-out couch. Rooms were fairly sound proof from neighbors. Took an Uber there, but there seemed to be ample parking. Continental breakfast was offered and looked well stocked but I opted not to eat. ...

"Lot of nearby/walkable dining, if it's not too cold... This November, it wasn't. Only irritating this is that the cardkey door locks do not work very well at all... A pain to climb the stairs with cameras, laptop and violin to find the door won't open... Then you have to go back to the lobby carrying all your stuff, and do it all over again. This seems to work fine at ever other M6. Just fix the damned things. :("

"I really can't compare to my past stays at this same location as THE MOTEL 6 HOTEL management caused my Expedia reservation at the Danver property to be cancelled for unknown reasons. The only reason we can suspect that our 2 room ONE NIGHT (Friday) reservation was cancelled was so the motel 6 could use our rooms for people wanting at least a 2 or 3 night weekend stay. "Super unique! Very walkable to all the fun stuff downtown. I give this place 4.5 stars. My only beef is its terribly expensive for a 1 bathroom and the living room is cool, but uncomfortable. Great for insta pics and all that, but if you think you're gonna unwind an watch a scary movie its not gonna happen. The couches are more decorative. Big kitchen with everything that you'd have at home. And whoever was the decorator...the detail is impeccable. "
