A few steps down from the entry, a spacious kids rumpus room with split system air conditioning, table tennis table, air hockey, Smart TV, PS 4 & games. Kids Retreat couch folds open to form a comfortable mattress to sleep 2 children. Must be requested when booking. Expansive decking with large table & chairs set amongst the Moonah Trees & a trampoline for the kids.

Very cosy & stylish with lots of seating. Bi-fold doors lead out onto the upper deck which has a comfortable couch & vintage bar for breakfast/drinks/entertaining.
