"The room is spacious and clean. The staff are polite and helpful. However, the location is a bit off the city center. It takes about 10 minutes' walk from the Nagoya train station, which takes quite some effort especially when you are carrying a 20kg luggage on a freezing cold day."

"Very good over-all for this family of 4. It had all the amenities needed in a fairly good sized room by Japan standards. Breakfast buffet spread was commendable though it lacked variety for our 5 day stay. Service at the restaurant was good but I found the service of the front office staff whp attended to me at check in not at all very welcoming. Its relatively close proximity to Nagoya Station is a big plus as was the plethora of dining options nearby. "

"Convenient location just a few hundred meters walk from the main train station. Nice walk to the Toyota museum which was surprisingly interesting on the textile manufacturing side if you like learning how things are made. We found great restaurants in the neighborhood as well. "
