"Hotel connect we d to Shin Urayasu station One stop away from Disneyland. Hotel has shuttle buses to Disneyland and Disneysea. Rooms are ok size great shower and bath. Breakfast was also fantastic so many choices too many actually. Shopping centre connected Mcdonalds close for late night food.. Would stay here again Coin laundry in lobby free lollies and drinks including beer and wine."

"The shower walls had some mold spots. Staff cleaned them once we reported this condition. We inquired about getting a late check-out since our flight wasn’t till 6:00 pm. However, the hotel wanted to charge us approx. 5,000 yen for two hours so we declined. We are not used to having to pay for late check-out. We have stayed at this hotel 5 times in the last 2 1/2 years but next time we visit Tokyo, we will consider staying at another property."

"Everything is good except lack of clear signage after arriving at terminal 3. It's also a long walk to get to the hotel reception. The building is huge so with so many rooms so it takes time to get to the spa, the onsen bath, etc. We stayed at another hotel right next to terminal 3 before. We would prefer that instead to minimise pushing luggages around after a long flight."

"お部屋は清潔で、トイレ・バスルームも広くて快適に過ごせました。朝食ビュッフェが和洋等、種類が豊富で美味しくいただけました。 ホテル従業員の方も皆、素晴らしい接客でした。 館内のコンビニコーナーにはおにぎり、お弁当、サンドイッチが販売されており部屋で簡単に食事を済ませたい時に便利です。 ディズニーランドの移動はホテルのシャトルバスがありますが、バス乗り場がランド前のバス乗り場ではなくイクスピアリ側のJR舞浜駅バス乗り場なので少し遠く感じました。 バスに乗車する際に注意するべきことは、近辺に「東京ベイ舞浜」と名前がつくホテルが3〜4件あるため、必ず「グランドニッコー」の名前を確認してください。外国人利用者はどのバスに乗車するのか分からず不安そうでした。"
