"The owner or manager was quite accommodating with early checkin for our luggage and let us use her mini refrigerator. She was very friendly and gave us a tour of this 1889 home. She made a delicious breakfast accommodating my gluten and dairy intolerance. The bed and room were totally comfortable! The only drawbacks were sharing the bathroom with the three other rooms making six people using the one bathroom. A water filter is also needed for the brown water."

"The hotel is very old and charming! It adds to the atmosphere of the area. If you’re looking for all the modern amenities this would not be the best choice. Internet was sporadic and there was no TV service which was a reminder of how old the hotel is. I thought it was a wonderful break from 2024!"

We experienced a snow storm (10"+) and the contracted snow plow driver was there to clear the driveway and clear most of the deck area. "We had another fun stay at the Dancing Horse Farm! The house has been upgraded with a new stove and other amenities. Huge home, to house several large families. Very well maintained and clean.
