While the Frio is low right now, this West section had water for river walks and playing. Some small perch in a few pools. Hosts go out of their way for a perfect stay. Walk down to the river for those without mobility issues. Hope to return one day. ”

“We loved how isolated we were. My kids loved the river that was close to us, not much water in it but enough to enjoy the afternoon. The beds were so comfy! The cabin was equipped w everything we needed, just make sure to grocery shop before arriving because the trip to the nearest store was a ways away. The stars were incredible. I really enjoyed it! ”

“Great place for our getaway will stay again soon. Just bring bed sheets. pillows and blankets and towels kitchens are full equipped for cooking. Place was big and roomy and cozy Had a fireplace but didn’t use it. The area is under a burn ban at the moment so we wasn’t able to use firepit at nights walking distance to water hole to soak your feet for the time being Leakey about a 10min drive or so. A convenience store is about a 5min drive. Garner State park is about 10min drive as well. Very……
